2 very ripe pears, peeled and halved lengthwise
cooking spray
2 soft oatmeal raisin cookies
2 pkg spiced cider drink mix
1/2 c hot water
1 T toasted wheat germ
1 c vanilla ice cream
preheat oven to 400. core each pear half. place in baking dish coated with cooking spray. crumble cookies evenly over pears. combine cider mix and hot water, stirring with a whisk. drizzle cider over pears. sprinkle with wheat germ. cover and bake for 25 minutes. serve warm with ice cream.
