Peach Ice Cream

4 C peeled diced peaches (about 8 small peaches

1 C sugar

1 12oz can evaporated milk

1 pkg instant pudding

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

4 C half and half

Combine peaches and sugar and let set for one hour.  Put mixture into blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Combine evaporated milk and pudding.  Mix in peach puree and sweetened condensed milk and half and half

Makes 4 quarts
