Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

 

1 yellow cake mix

1 1/3 c water

1/3 c vegetable oil

2 lg eggs

2 c quick oats

1 c raisins

½ c chopped nuts

1 ½ t cinnamon

Pre heat oven to 350

Grease and flour muffin pan or use muffin cups.  Mix together cake, water, oil, eggs and oats in large bowl until well blended.  Stir in raisins, nuts and cinnamon, Fill cups ¾ full with batter. 

Bake 20-25 minutes
