10 medium potatoes
½ c margarine
10 ½ oz cream of chicken
2 T onion flakes
1 c sour cream
2 c grated cheese
Boil potatoes. Skin and shred into 9x13 pan. In saucepan melt butter. Add soup, onions, sour cream and cheese. Stir over medium heat until cheese is somewhat melted. Pour over potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
