Almond Joys

2 ½ c coconut

2/3 c karo syrup

Dipping chocolate

Almonds

Heat coconut and karo syrup until bubbly around edges.  Cool.  Form into oval shapes.  Place almonds on top of each.  Dip in chocolate. Place on was paper to cool
