1 1/2 c mashed peaches
2-3 T cornstarch
1 c sugar
cook over medium heat until thick-remove and cool
1 3-oz cream cheese
1/2 pt whipping cream (beaten)
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
mix together and pour into your baked pie shell. refrigerate until it sets up. pour mashed fruit mixture over the top. slice some peaches and then add whipping cream
