mix: 1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/4 c powdered sugar
put mixture in bottom of 9x8 pan (press down and have edges a little higher than middle) cook mixture for about 20 minutes on 350
mix: 1 c sugar, 2 t lemon peel zest, 2 T lemon juice, 1/2 t baking powder, 1/4 t salt, 2 large eggs
blend for 3 minutes or unitll light and fluffy
pour on hot crust
bake about 20 minutes or until dark brown
cool completely in pan or wire rack
dust with powdered sugar
you can double this recipe use 9x13 pan
