Caramel chocolate surprise

1 yellow cake mix

1/2 c butter melted

1/4 c evaporated milk

1 c chocolate chips

3/4 c chopped nuts

1 jar caramel ice cream topping

preheat oven to 350.  with spoon mix cake, butter, and evaporated milk.  spread 3/4 dough evenly into a greased 9x13 pan.  spread chocolate chips and nuts over bottom layer.  pour caramel topping evenly over top.  break rest of dough into small pieces and drop evenly over top.  bake 20-25 minutes.  cool 30 minutes.  cut into bars.  store in fridge.
