3 c cream

¾ c white corn syrup

2 c sugar

Combine sugar, corn syrup and 1 c cream.  Cook until soft ball stage.  Add 1 cup cream and cook until soft ball stage.  Add last cup of cream and cook until medium soft ball stage.  Cook over low heat after boiling point is reached to prevent scorching.  Pour into buttered dish.
