Speckled cookie salad


1 small pkg vanilla pudding
1 c buttermilk
2 c cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
stripped shortbread cookies

crush 1/2 pkg cookies.  add to salad.  chill till set.
