orange-pumpkin cake

cake-

1 yellow cake

3 egg whites

1 1/2 c canned pumpkin

1 c orange juice

1/3 c sour cream

1 1/2 t vanilla

1 t cinnamon

1/2 t nutmeg

1/2 t allspice

glaze-

1 1/2 c powdered sugar

1/4 t vanilla

water

preheat oven to 350.  mix together all cake ingredients together 2-3 minutes.  pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.  bake 35-40 minutes.  while hot, invert cake onto serving platter.  mix powdered sugar and vanilla, and gradually add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistently, drizzle over cake. cool
