Lava Chocolate cakes

4 t sugar

1/2 c butter, cubed

4 squares semisweet chocolate

1 c powdered sugar

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

1 1/2 t instant coffee granules

3/4 t vanilla

6 T flour

1/2 t salt

grease bottom and sides of 4 6-oz ramekins, sprinkle each with 1 t sugar.  place ramekins on a baking sheet and set aside.  in medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate.  stir until smooth.  stir in powdered sugar, mix until smooth.  whisk in eggs, egg yolks, coffee and vanilla.  stir in flour and salt, spoon batter into prepared ramekins.  bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until therm. reads 160.  remove ramekins to a wire rack for 5 minutes.  carefully run knife around cakes to loosen.  invert onto plates.  serve warm,
