Danish Aebleckivers

 
3 eggs separated

1 1/2 c buttermilk

1/3 c oil or melted butter

1 t soda

1 1/3 c flour

2 t baking powder

1/2 t salt

3 t sugar

beat yolks well.  beat in buttermilk and soda.  add flour, baking powder, and salt.  add oil-fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.  spray each cup of pan.  fill cups 3/4 full.  bake on stove until golden brown
