Cookie-dough blondies

bottom

1 yellow cake mix

1/2 c butter softened

1 egg

1 t vanilla

1/4 c brown sugar

3/4 c chocolate chips

filling

1/2 c butter softened

1/2 c brown sugar

1/4 c sugar

2 T milk

1 t vanilla

1 c flour

frosting

1 T butter

1 C chocolate chips

preheat oven to 350

with spoon mix bottom layer ingredients.  spread evenly in greased 9x13 pan.  bake 15-20 minutes.  do not over bake.  cool completely

in separate bowl mix filling ingredients and spread evenly over cooled bottom layer

Melt T of butter and 1 c chocolate chips together in small saucepan.  spread over top of frosting.  cut into bars and refrigerate at least 2 hours.  store in fridge.
