Apple cinnamon bars

 

1 yellow cake mix

1 stick butter

1/3 c coconut

4 md apples

½ c sugar

1 t cinnamon

1 c sour cream

1 egg

Pre heat 350

Cut butter into dry cake mix.  Mix in coconut.  Pat mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan.  Pat slightly up on edges.  Bake 10 minutes.  Peel core and slice apples.  Arrange apples on warm crust.  Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of apples. 

Beat egg.  Blend in sour cream.  Drizzle mixture over apples.

Bake 25 minutes.  Serve with vanilla ice cream
