1 cube of butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups of sugar
4 oz of biter chocolate or 1/2 cup of cocoa
1 can evaporated milk
melt butter on low
add chocolate and stir
add sugar, milk and salt
cook on low heat, stirring until it boils
if lumpy-stick in the blender :)
